Welcome to Paintolog. By downloading or using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

Paintolog is intended to be used by parents or guardians to upload children's artwork and receive AI-generated comments and suggestions. You agree to use the app only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

2. Subscription Terms

Paintolog offers auto-renewable subscription services with the following terms:

  • Subscription Title: Paintolog Premium Subscription
  • Subscription Length: Monthly (1 month) and Annual (12 months) options available
  • Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. Current pricing will be shown before purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase
  • Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period even if cancelled
  • Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, and other materials in the app (except user-uploaded artwork) are the property of SUMATO ENDUSTRI MUHENDISLIK ANONIM SIRKETI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without explicit permission.

4. User Content

By uploading images, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to upload and share the images
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the images for AI analysis and display the results in the app

5. AI-Generated Feedback

The suggestions and comments provided by the app are generated using artificial intelligence and are meant for general informational and creative purposes. They should not be interpreted as professional, psychological, or educational advice.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of Paintolog is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Paintolog running smoothly, but we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss resulting from these changes.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the app
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app's features

9. Refunds

All sales are final. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process refunds directly. Apple's standard refund policy applies to all purchases.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Paintolog at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or misuse the service. In case of termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but you will lose access to premium features.

11. Limitation of Liability

We provide Paintolog "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, inaccuracy, or interpretation of the AI-generated feedback.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/terms/site.html
